The ATOP OSFP 2xFR4 transceiver is a high-quality optical transceiver designed for utilization in 800 Gigabit Ethernet links over 2 km of single-mode fiber. The transceiver features 8 independent electrical input/output channels, operating at speeds of up to 106.25 Gbps per channel. This transceiver is composed of two transmitter/receiver units, with each unit functioning across a set of 4 wavelengths on the ITU G.694.2 CWDM grid near 1300 nm.
The transceiver’s electrical interface conforms to the 800GAUI-8 standard defined by IEEE 802.3ck, , and it is also compliant with the OSFP MSA. It is suitable for deployment in various network applications, including Internet protocol switches and routers.
